At YOHO LIFESTYLE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
